Where does it come from
Exhale Design was born from the success and rapid growth of Exhale Vacation Rentals, founded in 2023. As our vacation rental portfolio grew, homeowners repeatedly approached us for help transforming their homes into high-performing short-term rentals. We quickly recognized that great design isn’t just a “nice to have”, it’s essential for maximizing rental potential.
With a discerning eye for elevated, functional style and a curated network of reliable contractors who do excellent work and actually show up, we created Exhale Design. Our goal is simple: handle the heavy lifting so homeowners don’t have to.
We manage everything from design concepts and renovations to full property setup. Homeowners can then seamlessly enter our short-term rental program or choose their own direction, whether that’s long-term rental, seasonal rental, or selling the home at a premium.
At Exhale Design, we transform homes into beautiful, profitable, guest-ready spaces. The word “Exhale” was specifically chosen because we like to imagine homeowners breathing a sigh of relief, knowing that their property is in the hands of people who have their best interests at heart.
